  • CHOP INTEND是經由評估I型SMA嬰兒(n = 26)所設計開發的,嬰兒的平均年齡為11.5個月(1.4-37.9個月)。CHOP INTEND已被證明適用於評估3.8個月至4歲以上兒童的症狀。
  • 包括16個運動技能的評估項目,每個項目依照0-4等級進行評分12
